Hi, I installed a while ago V1.0 of the Software 'HP DesignJet Click'. . This software is rather usefull for me however I encounter quite some strange behaviour (software bugs). The software is running on my MacOs Sierra (V10.12.1). I would like to upgrade the 'HP DesignJet Click' software to V1.1 but I'm unable to do so.
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older. I need drivers to connect and run printing on my new OfficeJet Pro 6962 from my Mac Mini 1.5 Solo running OS 10.4.11. See more operating systems. I've just installed Picassa, after using Kodak Easyshare. When trying to print photos from picassa, the printer starts to print but will not pull the paper through properly and will then stop with nothing printed, and a notification of a paper jam. It still prints ok using Kodak Easyshare, with no problems, with the photo paper feeding through as it should. I've tried various brands and weights of photo paper with no success when trying to print with picassa. I only use A4 size sheets. Thanks for any help.
I have several HP printers and whenever I access them remotely I get the NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error message. I have to click on more, then proceed. I know I can add each and every one of the printers to the trusted zone but if I replace my laptop (and I am IT so I invariably do frequently) I have to go in and do it all over again.
If I am working on a spare laptop I got to do the same thing. If one of my team mates has to go in they have to do it too. Or if we are working on somebody else computer. IMHO, the certificate should be fixed at the printer level. This happens ONLY on HP printers.
I have several Lexmarks, Samsungs and Ricoh printers and I go right into their webpages without having to jump through hoops. Does somebody have a resolution to this? I have searched high and low online but only resolution is to add IP address in trusted zone on browsers.
Thank you, Paul. After upgrading my Macbook Pro to OS 10.12.2, my Envy 7645 all-in-one will no longer scan to computer, and printing is intermittent at best. I have un-installed and re-installed the latest driver and now when I open printer utility all I get is the little spinning sphere, and so I'm unable to do a set-up or anything. And yes, i've turned everything off and on till I'm blue in the face. Somewhere on the forum I found a link to an 'easy scan' patch, but the link was dead. I checked the Mac users forums too, and there are a lot of people in the same boat as me.
Someone there had a link to an Apple download for a driver, but it was no different than the one available from HP. Any help would be appreciated.
